Proper belt sizing depends on several factors, including how tight you like your belt and how squishy you are in the middle.
For best fit, measure around the fattest part of your tum, and be sure to snug the tape down a bit--because you will definitely be snugging the belt down! See our sizing video here: How to Size Your Weightlifting Belt
Sizing will vary by body type, but here are our recommendations:
S: 29" - 33"
M: 32.5" - 38"
L: 37" - 43"
XL: 42" - 48"
And if you plan to gain or lose some weight, go ahead an buy two different sizes, just in case ;-)
